10moFascinating and informative article Cerys Evans, and I'm loving 'Hullywood'. Something else I've noticed though is that my degree & higher apprenticeship searches rarely come up with relevant opportunities, although Channel 4 has got a range of vacancies at Level 3 and the BBC advertises every year, albeit mainly in single-figure numbers or just ones or twos for each role. My Wales searches also picked up half a dozen Junior Animator HAs in Cardiff last year. But otherwise, I don't come across a lot of activity in the sector.
