Two years of CalmKaaj, two thriving coworking spaces in Islamabad, and a whole lot of lessons learned along the way—mostly about how we never want to work in a dull, lifeless office again. The launch of Crossroads last week was proof that our little experiment in community-driven coworking actually worked! What started as a cozy space with a big vision has now grown into something much bigger—yet still just as personal. After years if experiencing corporate offices, we've finally built a space where work feels natural, collaboration feels effortless, and execution is flawless. A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, cheered us on, and gave me a VViP tour of Crossroads when I became too tired to walk about.
