The first question to introduce us to your thinking is what do you think the biggest mistake that founders make in terms of their go to market strategy but also just practical action? Where do you think that founders most often go wrong? Yeah, I think, you know, when when the founder initially raises capital, it can be really exciting and it's a celebratory moment for sure. And I think one of the biggest mistakes that have found or like what they gave tends to make is allocating that capital. Towards longer term bets and getting kind of intoxicated with some of the marketing that can be addicting because it's you're talking about yourself out there and you're really excited. So you're, you're taking all of that momentum and that excitement into publishing your message and into shouting from the rooftops who you are, who you want to be.
