Hi Jon. BT is charging our charity over £900 in termination fees after we suffered a broadband internet service with BT Broadband so intermittent and poor, we had no option but to change from you mid contract. What became clear, after nearly two months back and forth with BT's tech team, and three replacement routers, is that there a problem with BT routers. Since switching over last month from BT, our internet is flawless. A neighbouring business with BT is experiencing exactly the same issues. I have spent hours going in circles with your offshore CS team. I have been promised refunds that were never honoured. At one point, I was told in order to leave BT early, I'd need to negotiate with the BT team at one of their regional offices in person. We don’t want to pay you any more than we have. BT destroyed my business admitted fault. And then forced me into a contract I didn't agree to. Hope that you can improve it's practices and service as it's a disgrace
