FUN COMPANY: One of our core values, and arguably one of my favorite core values here at PCG!🤗 Core values are great on paper, but don’t you want to see how a company lives up to the values they preach!? We like to “walk the walk” around here, check out some prime examples below! 1st picture: Our Manager of Learning & Development, Brian Owens, made a bet with me for the Sunflower Showdown. To our surprise, my Wildcats crushed Brian’s Birds and he was the best sport when I came to uphold my end of the bargain! 2nd picture: Our Culture Club is always finding new ways to show our employees appreciation and bring fun into our office! On Valentine’s Day, they brought in some folks to cook us the most perfect pancakes and sausage. 3rd picture: Our Recruitment team dressed up as our Supervisor of Recrutment, James Maloney, in his various hobbies and phases of his life! This was the funniest surprise for James and we all had a blast at dinner and paid no mind to the funny looks of passerby’s!
