But the one thing Michael came into this call and he said, Liam, why, why are you better than fast? And I was like, we're not fast, we're instant. And he reached out to me two weeks. Then we, we raised the, you know, 2.2 mil from, from Blackbird in, in kind of precede funding and we're off. And we, then we got our first customers. And so we started opening these gates really quickly. You know, we were really proud of the product. We continue to improve the product. We were very product obsessed. And then it got to about June last year. Willing myself rocked up to to a lunch with Nikki Shevak and and Max and we were super proud of the product. We had incredible customers and Nikki's like, yeah, I mean great, awesome product. And it got to about, you know, about an hour in by this point and I needed to run and Nikki said, look, I've got one piece of advice for you guys. You really need to get some revenue. And that was just like a snap moment for me where I went. We are we are way too product obsessed. In the sense that we're that we're not focusing on how to build product that actually increases revenue for our merchants and our customers and increases revenue for instant. And we had all these different goals. Let's get this many users, this many customers, this much revenue. There's a million different goals. No one knew what they were working towards. And we completely reach, you know, has shifted the mindset of the company overnight towards being completely revenue obsessed. We had One North Star, which was. Gene, by this point, how do we get to $1,000,000 in revenue by December and how much revenue where you at? We're basically at 0. And so we went from $0.00 in revenue to a million AR by by December.
Let's explore the pivotal moments, the early decisions that shaped success. This is not just about time; it's about seizing the moment, making every second count. Don't miss this episode on Real Talk with Real Business Pros! 🎙️ Start now and script your success story. #StartSooner#KyLogue

I guess I missed Codie A. Sanchez episode of Diary of a CEO and let me tell you, I found myself nodding "yes" through the whole thing.
As someone who thrives on innovation and believes in the power of speed, her insights resonated deeply with me.
Codie nailed it when she said that being faster than the competition is a game-changer. While others are still pondering their next move, we should be out there making things happen.
In a world that moves at lightning speed, hesitation is the enemy.
If you have an idea, act on it within 24 hours. It’s a simple yet powerful way to combat procrastination and keep the momentum alive.
Trust me, the best ideas often come from that initial spark of action.
Every misstep is an opportunity for growth. The faster we move, the more we learn.
I’ve seen firsthand how embracing failure can lead to unexpected breakthroughs.
Being someone who takes action can set you apart. It’s not about being the smartest person in the room; it’s about being the one who’s willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
