In February, Team Calendly kicked off 2025 with a three-day gathering in Tucson to connect and plan for the year ahead. One of the most energizing moments was hearing firsthand from an incredible customer panel — Keri Burns, CWDP, ACC of Ben Hudnall Memorial Trust, Mathew Kerbis of Subscription Attorney LLC and Sid B. of WholeSchool Mindfulness. I spend a lot of time talking with customers — I believe one of the strongest competitive advantages a company can have is a deep understanding of the people they serve. So I was thrilled to bring this conversation to our team. Every business leader we spoke to is balancing competing priorities, and believes the most effective tools create space for meaningful connections. And this theme came up again and again. Keri Burns, CWDP, ACC shared how our Round Robin feature for multi-person scheduling promotes meeting equity among her coaches, ensuring fair client distribution and smooth client relationship management. And Mathew Kerbis highlighted how scheduling automation and his schedule customization helps to clarify who he should follow up with next, and where he should prioritize his time against his goals. Technology isn’t just about efficiency — it’s about making every interaction count. Scheduling is just one important piece of the workplace puzzle, but the real game-changer is when we can reduce the friction that hinders us from focusing on what matters most: building and nurturing quality relationships. This year is going to be a big one for us, and this conversation was a great way to set a foundation that all goes back to our number one: our customers.
Thank you for what you do to listen to your customers! At Barrier Breakers®, Inc., Calendly is an invaluable tool for us to allow our first-generation college and law school applicants to meet with our admissions deans and directors on a schedule and time that works for everyone. Without calendly, we would not be able to increase access to higher education at the scale that we're aiming for and I know our students across the country are so grateful!
Tope Awotona, I just love how you invest in your people and create employee experiences that last. Well done and keep being the beacon of People-first organizations 👏🏾 💪🏾 🙏🏾
