Devils advocate: Don't you think WeWork in Warsaw is a much better place for start-ups and having the "Cool Unicorn" culture? 🦄 😄 Based on my personal example and many ex MBB and tech friends who are running start-ups, Wework serves the role of SOHO house in the Warsaw ecosystem and is the place to be 🚀 . It is not only about who sits there, but also about creation the culture where everyone collaborate and wants you to succeed - from giving me a laptop when it was broken by a random person, introducing me to know business partners, to getting even investors and friends for life. I think the team of CIC does an extraordinary job regarding events, but I give big credits to Joanna Simkowska and the Wework team who should have NPS of 10 for everything they do, the culture they create and in my opinion nothing in Warsaw can be even compared to their quality ;) Though keeping my fingers crossed for the amazing team at CIC as well, and anyone who supports thriving start-up environment! 🚀

This co-working space is truly something else, setting the trends for others to follow. It showcases the best co-working solutions available. It's a place where smaller companies can find their 'home' and larger ones can bridge the gap while their permanent offices are being prepared. This is a genuinely fantastic experience, and with Jerzy Brodzikowski at the helm, it's destined for success. However, we also need to acknowledge the invaluable contribution of the back office team – without whom, like in any company, nothing would be possible. Cezary Szarek, Rafał Tondera (周庭龍), Katarzyna Ferraris, and Marta Łogasz work tirelessly every day to make this space truly exceptional. 🚀
Love this! At Atlanta Tech Village we call this “serendipitous interactions”. We wholeheartedly believe that if you give people opportunities to connect and to work alongside each other, they will find ways to make the most of it. Also, I had a chance to work at CIC Warsaw last summer, and loved it! You know you have an incredible community when even the small things - like the person at the front desk helping you find a laptop adapter - matter.
