I would like to share some exciting news about a project I am leading at NATEK, which focuses on life and business coaching. The aim of this project is to promote personal development among my colleagues while also allowing me to share my knowledge and expertise as a coach and therapist. As part of this initiative, I have already delivered workshops on: -"Self-discipline and achieving goals", - "Effective remote work", - "The Path to Meaning: Building a Sense of Purpose through Discovering Values." Today, I had the pleasure of leading my next workshop titled "Transactional Analysis - How to Care for the Relationship with Ourselves and with Others" at NATEK. The goals of the workshop were: - to help participants build better relationships; - to understand the behavior of others; - to improve communication in an effective way; - to resolve conflicts more efficiently.
