BIG THANKS to my Prof. Erwan Lamy! As I reflect on the lessons from the AI Ethics course at ESCP, one incident looms large in my thoughts: the tragic passing of OpenAI #whistleblower Suchir Balaji!! Such incidents are a stark reminder of the ethical dilemmas and sacrifices individuals may face when striving to uphold transparency and responsibility in technology. 🚨 Every leader in the AI domain should engage in courses like this. If we aim to prevent more sacrifices like Suchir Balaji’s, the industry must prioritize not only technological advancement but also the moral frameworks underpinning it. 🔹 We need AI leaders who are ethical, empathetic, and accountable. 🔹 We must create environments where doing the right thing doesn’t come at the cost of someone’s safety. #AI #Ethics #Leadership #InnovationResponsibly #WhistleblowerProtection #OpenAI
