AI struggles with generating truly creative and original ideas, which are often necessary for making a brand stand out. Building genuine emotional connections with consumers is something AI cannot fully achieve, as it lacks the human touch and empathy. Lastly, AI tends to be risk-averse and may not be able to take the bold steps needed to differentiate a brand in a crowded market.
