Last February, I began my CRR Global ORSC™ certification program. ORSC™ stands for Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching and is an integrated and robust coaching model based on Relationship Systems Intelligence™. Beyond Emotional Intelligence (relationship with oneself) and Social Intelligence (relationship with others) is the realm of Relationship Systems Intelligence where one’s focus shifts to the relationship with the group, team or system. This approach creates sustainable and resilient teams, organizations and families. Whether you are facing a professional challenge, a personal one, or a deeper pain point, I would love the opportunity to work together and see how I can help. I have several openings over the next 6 weeks. If you have ever been curious about coaching, what it is, what makes it different, and how it could help, now is the time for you to find out! DM me and lets talk! For now, here are the most important points: 📅 Session Frequency: 4 in-person or online sessions ⏰ Session Length: minimum 1-hour sessions 👥 Requirements: must be at least two people 💶 Compensation: As this will count towards my certification hours, I am currently offering sessions on a pay-what-you-can model and happy to discuss other creative options if finances are the concern (ex: a coffee ☕, referrals 📝, or a skills training swap 👩🏫 ) Wishing everyone a fantastic day 🌞 #systemscoaching #ORSC #transformation #stellaneracoaching

So what's the EMCC that's suddenly appeared after my name all about? I wanted to share this as it's something I'm rather proud of and also it's potentially useful for anyone who may be looking for a coach to understand... EMCC stands for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and in my case, is a mark of accreditation - evidence that I have hit a certain standard. It wasn't quick or easy to get. In order to become accredited I had to do the following: 1. Prove my coaching qualifications - a Level 5 (distinction) via Highfield was the main one I used for this although I have other coaching certificates too 2. Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice - via the EMCC code of ethics 3. Prove a certain number of coaching hours had taken place 4. Demonstrate a commitment to reflective practice with a log of evidence 5. Demonstrate my commitment to continued professional development 6. Commit to ongoing supervision by another EMCC coach in an effort to keep raising my standards I should also point out that the EMCC is not the only coaching body providing accreditation - the ICF and ACC are also highly respected organisations offering proof of a high standard of practice. And there are plenty of brilliant, experienced coaches out there who for one reason or another, don't have an accreditation. But coaching remains an unregulated industry with anyone seemingly able to call themselves a coach. Even though many of these coaches don't actually coach at all, they advise. So I was keen to ensure I got my EMCC accreditation to try and set myself apart. I'd love to hear from anyone who has been though the accreditation process or who agrees or disagrees with me on any of the above. #coaching #personaldevelopment #humanresources

Model and process- based coaching approaches give new coaches structure on which to build a deeper practice. These touch points offer coaches-in-training useful orientation on ethical considerations, contracting, dialogue, and application of learning. They are oriented to the 'what', more than the 'how'. These technical approaches present depth boundaries for developing coaches when it comes to the complexity clients bring in real world, higher-stakes scenarios, because the process can only do so much of the heavy lifting. In learning to trust oneself as an instrument in the work, coaches integrate process and their developing capacities for empathic attunement, intuition, somatic experiences, and understanding of relational dynamics. This advanced approach brings greater depth to client's understanding of themselves, more meaningful and sustainable goal setting, and a wider impact on the client's environment. We invite you to 'ICF Core Competencies- A Relational Exploration’ where we lean in to using self as instrument, supported by the core competencies. Do less thinking about what to say, trust yourself to be with your clients authentically. A few months ago, I created a video discussing the 10 sample questions for the International Coaching Federation's ACC Credentialing Exam. It's been a popular video and I've received a few follow-up questions asking if I had any other resources. Thinking back to my credentialing journey, and what I've read/heard about the new ACC exam, it reminds me of the old Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) that was in place prior to the release of the updated Core Competencies in 2020. Since I am a digital pack-rat, I dug into my files and found the original 5 sample questions for that exam. (Side note: Back in the day, we only had 5 sample questions to prepare for a 155-question exam...now the ICF provides 10 for a 60-question exam. Thank you, that was my 'we used to walk uphill both ways in the snow' moment.) Yesterday, I recorded a new video to provide those 5 questions as a bonus resource for coaches pursuing their #ACCcredential. You can find it here: https://lnkd.in/gtnf6xVt More resources, including videos and booklets for the Credentialing Exam for PCC/MCC credential seekers are available at my website: https://lnkd.in/ghmZsbVX Please share this post with any coaches you know who are preparing for their credentialing process.
