I help women in business to create coaching programs. Here's my advice on how to successfully pivot into coaching: 💰 Know your worth. A lot of women feel really confident in pricing themselves in their business, but when they decide to start coaching, they under-sell themselves. DO NOT do this. Your knowledge and expertise are the same, it's just a different way of sharing it. ✨ Know when to outsource. A lot of creating coaching programs involves tech and set up, and if you're not familiar with this, then don't stress out too much and force yourself to learn a new skill 🗒️ Know when to change your workload. A huge benefit of coaching is that you can begin to focus less on 1:1 client work, and more on building programs and courses. Be prepared to make this shift, and don't overwork yourself. 🗣️ Know your audience. By this stage in your career, you are probably an expert, but the people you will be coaching will be beginners. After sharing the exciting news about launching my coaching business last week, I wanted to share the “why” behind it all. Over 13 years in the tech world taught me so much. Not just about the industry, but about myself. I’ve experienced the highs of career growth and the challenges that come with it, especially navigating the fastpaced environments of startup and scale ups. Along the way, I realised the importance of aligning my work and career with my core values, that’s at the heart of the work and coaching I do today.  Here’s what I believe: ✨Clarity matters. When we’re clear on what we truly want, we’re able to pursue goals that align with who we are, not just what we can do. 🔑Confidence is key. It’s about finding the self-assurance to lead authentically and show up fully as ourselves. ⚡️Taking action is powerful. Dreaming is important, but intentional, focused action is what turns visions into reality. These are the principles that form the foundation of my 1:1 coaching program for women in tech.
