GitHub Copilot now understands your entire workspace!   I must have missed the recent announcements from GitHub Copilot, but it has improved significantly. The new @intentions command allows you to ask questions about your workspace. Good move Microsoft! Many of us were (carefully) using other free competitor solutions, albeit LLM coding toolsets are still prone to error, especially with edge cases.

This can significantly reduce the need of ChatGPT for Developers (especially in code niche). . . So, is the future of GPT mostly for niche, unless one has the product to integrate into?
