I’ve been with Ogilvy cumulatively nearly eight years as a boomerang and have a repertoire of proud moments from campaign launches to Effie wins, building lifelong friendships with team members and genuine relationships with clients no matter where life takes us. Last week our Ogilvy DC team came together at our annual kickoff. Another milestone to add to the archive of proud moments, where we came together with purpose. We connected, unveiled BTS of policy and advocacy creative work, aligned to KPIs and strategy for the year, and unveiled our new Client ExperienceTraining (🙋♀️). Some of the greatest things we can build give back to our talent first with cascading impact on our clients, the work, and ultimately our bottom line. Can’t wait to get this off the ground and beyond. So proud to serve on our Senior Leadership Team with so many who care and have vision to drive our portfolio towards the best work of our lives.
