It’s already been a week since the Redini in Mano: Founders’ Meetup powered by Cavalry Ventures 🥲  We were lucky enough to have Christian Sjøvold Blomberg, the ultimate GTM expert, walk us through Positioning-Market-fit within B2B, the road to get there, and the continuous bumps along the way. One of the cool things about organizing these sessions is that I get to learn a lot myself (I’m just that selfish). My personal highlights/learnings from the session: 👉Positioning never ends: even mature companies need to go back to it to make sure they stay competitive and true to their purpose 👉When you think of what makes you different, think about how your ICP currently solves this problem today (and not how the plethora of new startups solves it) 👉It is paramount to train salespeople correctly. Yes, startups have few resources and time is limited, but this is exactly why we should not go around burning leads🧑🏼🚒 Before serving you the usual picture splurge (admit that we look cute though), a few thanks are in order, so brace yourself.
