“What you do with your life isn’t your purpose, it’s the vehicle to fulfill your purpose.” I haven’t posted in four weeks, but tonight I heard someone say the above. It resonated with me. We all go through different seasons: different jobs, titles, careers, retirement, etc… but our aim, our goal, our drive and motivation realitivley stays the same. What you’re doing now, the role you’re in, doesn’t define who you are; your value or your worth - but rather reveals who you are. Whatever your purpose is, do that now - in your current role. The investment & impact you will have on people will out last this season. In due time the investment you make in others will catch up. Dig deep and invest in what you value. It will pay dividends.

Unpopular opinion: continue to keep your job while investing in real estate Ever thought about investing in real estate but feel tied down by your 9-5? Does it seem like retirement is far away or too scary to invest? I get it—I was right where you are. As someone who’s built a successful real estate portfolio of multifamily & single fam units & airbnb vrbo & wholesaling / creative finance while working a full-time job, I know it can seem overwhelming at first. But trust me, it’s possible… I’m living proof of it. It is not easy. Becoming successful at it comes with work, persistence and due diligence. In this reel, I don’t break down the EXACT strategies I used to make passive income yet. That will come in a future video. However, you can see I’ve invested in real estate without quitting my career. Whether you’re just starting or have been considering it for a while, this is your sign to make that first move … while still being an employee. As a real estate investor, my journey is all about one thing: freedom. It's not just about freedom; it's about freedom, freedom, and more freedom—yeah, that's the mantra. With each property I've acquired, I've built over $14 million worth of real estate assets. It's been quite the adventure! But beyond the numbers, real estate investment offers something invaluable: the freedom to live life on my terms. It's about creating passive income streams that liberate me from the 9 to 5 grind, allowing me to spend more time doing what I love and with the people who matter most. I have 16 months left until Im officially elgible to retire. So, yeah, for me, investing in real estate isn't just a financial strategy—it's my pathway to time freedom. Time freedom isn't to do nothing, but to do anything! It's my way of saying no to being tied down and yes to embracing the boundless opportunities life has to offer. When you're in your early career, and even still in your mid-career, it's hard to believe but DAMN, if you start saving early, just WAITING is your most powerful investment move. (You don't have to be fanatic about saving. Just reasonable.) I took this compound-growth curve from a Journal of Financial Planning article (https://buff.ly/44wWx1N ) and added career stages to it. It's imprecise, to be sure, but accurate. Your wealth grows very slowly in the beginning. (I mean, unless you're lucky enough to go through a really good IPO or have giant RSU income.) Mid-career-ish, it can pick up steam. And Late career, the effects of compounding growth on money you saved earlier in your career is starting to really jump! It'll be so. much. nicer. approaching retirement when you can just let time do all the work for you.
