American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA)’s Post

American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) reposted this

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re excited to spotlight the amazing leaders of the AIPLA Women in IP Law Committee who are making waves in the intellectual property (IP) world. We asked these incredible women two questions, and here’s what Hetal Kushwaha, Owner of Hetal Kushwaha Business Development Services, had to say: 1️⃣ How did you become interested in IP? "I began my career life as a design engineer and was unexpectedly transferred to work with IP lawyers during a patent infringement case, which ignited my passion for intellectual property." 2️⃣ Why are you part of the AIPLA Women in IP Law Committee? "Having once been the only woman in partnership and management at a private practice firm, I’m committed to empowering and championing the success of women in our field." Their answers showcase the passion and commitment they bring to both their careers and our committee, and we’re proud to share their stories. 🔸 Follow our new LinkedIn page to stay connected with everything happening within our community. Interested in getting involved? Join the AIPLA Women in IP Law Committee. Stay tuned as we continue to celebrate the incredible women making an impact in IP throughout the month! #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInIP #AIPLA #IPLeadership
