3 Learnings from a McKinsey Offer in Sweden 🥉We only had ~3 weeks but with 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 this can be enough. 🥉 𝐍𝐨 𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐒, they do not help to get to a well-rounded profile (cases are not solved in isolation, so this rarely helpful). 🥉 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐰𝐚𝐲 (know WHAT to practice and make sure with whom you practice - as this person needs to have the same theoretical backbone as you are using).
