Today, we mark this day—perhaps because we feel we need to. Maybe it reminds us of how far we’ve come. And maybe, at some level, it keeps us accountable for all that still needs to change. But we hope that one day, we won’t need one day to remind us of women’s rights, needs, and aspirations. Because they’ll be fully embedded in the way we work, lead, and live—every single day. We've come a long way and have miles to go, but with focused intent and action, we believe an equitable future is well within reach!
