- [Instructor] It's not just the designers who get to have all the collaborative fun. Writers and editors and subject matter experts can collaborate too. I'm going to show you a couple of different ways that you can work with one or more other writers on the same exact document, either concurrently or taking turns. So the first method I'm going to show you is with Microsoft 365. Everybody who wants to play this game has to be in Microsoft 365 and they open up Word from there. And the idea is that one person saves the Word document to the cloud, to Microsoft's cloud, and it uses OneDrive to do so, and then invites other people to edit that document that's in OneDrive. And behind the scenes, it is allowing other people access to your shared document in OneDrive. All they know is that it magically appears in Word in a browser. So let's see how that works.
