In your first sales meeting, which is where we are now, there are two different times you'll be asking questions. "What do you mean?" I hear you say. Right, let me explain. Let me explain. In the first part of your first sales meeting, you're going to be asking tactical, open-ended questions. This is often referred to as the discovery phase. Now, discovery is where trust is built. This is where you'll learn everything you need to know to offer a meaningful solution down the track.
