- I mentioned before that I'm the mother of two daughters. So understanding the tightrope between when being a good girl is a compliment and when it's a curse, is super important and on my mind all the time. So what I want to do is give you really practical tools for you to navigate the most common scenarios that women report to me that they feel like they have a lack of resources. And those are when you have to handle a difficult conversation, or if you have a tough person in a meeting, a tough personality. And also handling those hijacks, whether they happen in the hallway, or in the boardroom.
