- I want you to think about this gender challenge, which is that when women are looked at for opportunities. Let's say to be hired for a job or to advance, we're judged on our past performance. What results did she prove? What experience does she have? How did she prove she's ready? Whereas men, they're judged on their potential. We assume they have the results. So, knowing that, think about times in your career journey where maybe you've felt like you needed to master the skills of the next level before you even raised your hand or felt worthy to apply for it. Because that's what we're trying to break through. You don't have to master something to raise your hand, to be ready, to try something, to take a risk.
