As a UX researchers, we often talk with clients about the nuanced differences and distinctions between UX research and market research, and help them determine which suits their needs best. While there are important differences in approach and outcomes between these two broad types of research, they aren't mutually exclusive. Are you confusing wireframes with actual solutions? In Pulse by Intuji's episode #21, we challenge this common misconception with Jared Spool, examining the true scope of UX work. "It's not necessarily just UX... isn't just about designing a wireframe. Because we can design a wireframe, and it could be the completely wrong solution" When we reduce UX to wireframes, we miss the bigger picture of solving real user problems.
