Right tool for the right task In the bustling city of Hyderabad, India, where the historic charm met modern innovation, thriving a company called Wipro. Wipro was renowned not just for its innovative solutions but for its commitment to excellence and efficiency. One of the key principles that set Wirpo Project execution apart was their *Tools Usage Index (TUI)* – a meticulous metric that ensured employees used the right tools for each task. Anil, a project manager at Wipro, firmly believed in the TUI. He often recalled his mentor's words, "Selecting the right tool for the task is essential for success, Anil." This mantra became his guiding light, not just at work but in everyday life. One sunny morning, Anil found himself facing a challenging project. The team needed to develop a new software solution within an impossible deadline. Instead of diving headfirst into the task, Anil gathered his team and carefully reviewed the available tools. "We need to ensure our productivity stays high," he said, pointing at the TUI displayed on the screen. "Let's choose our tools wisely." The team meticulously selected their development environment, collaboration software, and even the right coding languages. With the right tools in hand, they worked seamlessly, their productivity soaring. As deadlines approached, their project took shape like a masterpiece. Outside the office, Anil's adherence to the TUI remained unwavering. One weekend, while attempting to fix a leaky faucet at home, he found himself struggling. Remembering his principle, he paused and chose the right wrench instead of improvising with unsuitable tools. The faucet was fixed within minutes, a testament to the power of using the right tools. As time passed, Wipro's TUI became more than just a corporate policy; it became a philosophy embraced by all employees. The company's success stories multiplied, and so did Anil's personal triumphs. He realized that the key to success, in both professional and personal realms, lay in this simple yet profound truth: **"Pay attention to the tool for better results."** Anil's dedication and leadership did not go unnoticed. He went on to become the Best Manager at Wipro, a title he wore with pride. His exemplary adherence to the Tools Usage Index was a significant factor in his success, ensuring that every project he led was executed with utmost efficiency and quality. His exceptional contributions were honored in a grand ceremony where he received an award from none other than Mr. Azim Premji, the then Chairman of Wipro. It was a moment of great pride and validation for Anil, reaffirming his belief in the power of the right tools for the right tasks. Great to see some of the #Startups doing excellent work in green and paperless #manufacturing and #utilities, solving deep industrial problems which I have been chasing for some time using #IOT and #AI! My two cents which I shared a) Industry Academia tech collaboration is must to root out industry problems to achieve higher efficiency, productivity, waste reduction and green earth. b) There are plenty of problems to solve. c) Precision is not about technology alone, without precision of data and business knowledge, to get tangible return. d) Industry looks at returns. CIO / CDOs have to step up. Business leaders must understand the nuances of technologies.

Vitelglobal Communications LLC huge harrasment we faced becs of this company Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct - Avoid VitelGlobal at All Costs as well this Sales guy name Shiva If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with VitelGlobal has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. As a business, reliable communication is vital, and choosing VitelGlobal for our VoIP needs was a mistake that has cost us not only money but valuable time and peace of mind. 1. Unable to Access Their Portal 2. Unresponsive and Unhelpful Customer Service In situations like this, a reliable customer support team is essential. However, contacting VitelGlobal's support was another nightmare. It was clear from our interactions that their support team lacked the technical expertise and willingness to help customers. 3. Aggressive Sales Team with No Focus on Customer Satisfaction While their technical team seemed uninterested in helping, their sales team was all too active – but not in a positive way. Instead of providing constructive solutions or understanding our issues, they were combative and argumentative. They seemed more interested in fighting with us than resolving our concerns. It felt like they were trained to forcefully deflect any criticism rather than address customer problems. Their approach was aggressive and highly unprofessional, leaving us feeling even more dissatisfied. 4. Lack of Transparency and Cooperation We even expressed a willingness to adjust the payment, showing flexibility in the hopes of resolving the matter amicably. Despite this, VitelGlobal's attitude was rigid, uncooperative, and showed a complete disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction. There was no transparency in how they handled payments, and they seemed indifferent to finding a middle ground to help us. Instead of fostering a partnership with their customers. 5. Scam-Like Behavior Given the difficulties with accessing our portal, the refusal to help, of their sales representatives, it's hard not to feel that VitelGlobal operates more like a scam than a genuine business. Once they lock you into a contract, they seem to lose all interest in providing the basic services you’re paying for. The lack of professionalism and respect for the customer was evident in every interaction. Do Not Use If you are considering VitelGlobal for your VoIP services, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Their services are unreliable, their customer support is ineffective, and their sales tactics are aggressive and customer-hostile. Businesses need reliable partners for communication, and VitelGlobal has proven to be anything but. Save yourself the trouble, money, and frustration by avoiding this company entirely. Time is a valuable resource, and asking the right questions ensures meaningful and productive conversations. Last week, I had conversation with Divya Goyal, PMP, SSM, CSM, CBAP, ALMI and after having good discussion she explains how it is important to ask right questions to the stakeholders, being a Business Analyst. Because BAs generally gather requirements from internally/externally stakeholders and one single doubt can delay the whole solutioning process. Likewise if you are having a conversation with any professional you should be gathering more insights from that 30 min call. Here's how to refine your approach from my experiences: 1️⃣ Research First: Know their background, avoid asking what’s easily available online. 2️⃣ Be Specific: Frame clear, targeted questions like, “How did you tackle [specific challenge]?” 3️⃣ Stay Relevant: Focus on their expertise and align it with your goals. 4️⃣ Ask for Insights, Not Answers: Frame your questions to elicit actionable advice. Ask more open ended questions from which you get much more information. 5️⃣ Respect Their Time: Keep it concise and show appreciation for their insights. Example Approach: I see you’ve worked extensively in [specific domain]. I’m exploring a similar path and would love to hear about the challenges you faced and the strategies you used to overcome them. Any advice or resources you’d recommend? Benefits: You maximize the value of the conversation. It demonstrates your preparation and professionalism. You gain practical insights that help you move forward with clarity.
