May be one of the best champion products of Pega. Sometimes overshadowed with all latest buzz around GenAI, Constellation etc. From experience of working in Credit Risk and CDD Domain in LeasePlan, I could really appreciate the brilliant architecture and principle for maximum reuse on which CLM/KYC framework is built on. One can only marvel at how much solid domain knowledge and experience it takes to build something like this that incorporates all the greatness of Pega Foundation for Financial Services (PFFS) and then extending it with Abstraction layers of services and data which integrates so easily based on Geography and Jurisdiction and pricing structure, with different external service providers for screening and Enrichments like D&B, LexisNexis, Encompass etc. Then the 3 beautiful orchestration modes for performing Due Diligence for Global AML, CFT, Regulatory, CRS/FATCA, Credit and Legal aspects - which refines the workflow by controlling number of sub cases to suit the Enterprise requirement and backoffice team composition/hierarchy. So much flexibility and granularity, yet so much control. The 4 Due Diligence Profiles and Applicability Matrix - that controls the Questionnaires based on customer segment, Jurisdiction, product and entity types. Lastly it's amazing Risk calculation engine and Event driven review processing that ensures each counter party and related parties are always tracked with correct risk assessment. I recommend this mission to everyone who is working in Financial domain with Pega.
