The solution is highly integrated with product rules engine, rating application, billing system and customer book of record as the associated up and downstream applications. The business requirement is to deploy this fully automated solution/application for the renewal and off-cycle revision of the already sold customer plans and also perform a standalone revision of the plans, an initiative which was attempted multiple times in the past but never accomplished in the last 15 years.
