Managed the $218 million, 255,000 square foot expansion and renovation project, which represents a large portion of phase one of the JFK/IAT Redevelopment Program. The team managed the expansion and reconfiguration, which added 125,000 square feet to the head house and renovated 130,000 square feet in the terminal area.

Ian Schrager - Henry Hudson Hotel
New York, New York. Managed the conversion of this 24-story mixed use office/residential building into a 800-room 515,000 sf luxury hotel. Conversion included all new building elements structure steel curtain wall and new elevator, electrical/mechanical systems. Conversion occurred with 138-tenants remaining in the building

Brodsky - The Brearley School
New York, New York .Managed daily construction activities during the two-floor addition of 15,000 sf to an occupied ten-story private school located on East 83rd Street. The $5.2 million fast-track project involved a new roof, new elevator machine room/shaft, MEP upgrades, new sprinkler distribution and fire alarm systems. Work was performed without disturbing school activity, while maintaining constant elevator service and good neighbor relations.

New York, New York. Supervised the 50,000 sf renovation/restoration of the landmark New York Chamber of Commerce Building. Work included all new mechanical and electrical systems, a new elevator and the overall upgrading of the building to meet current building code standards.
