    • Identified major issues, suggested remedies and implemented changes in the replenishment system
    • Segmented the SKUs on the basis of derived sales parameters and simulated performance on various possible ERP algorithms
    • Conducted iterative process for selecting the optimal algorithm and ordering to minimize excess inventory levels
