About
I channel over a decade of experience and all of my energy into helping professionals get paid more.
Sometimes I support people through career coaching. Other times, it’s through developing products.
I sit squarely at the intersection of product management and career support.
For normal people, that means that I study and develop tech to help people advance their careers.
The 15 years of Air Force experience is nice.
The pedigree (advanced degrees from Brown University and IE Business School) is nice too.
The fact that I got *this* far from being homeless is a nice story.
But what’s *important* is that I’ve been in your shoes as a career changer, and I know how hard it is to reinvent yourself.
I’ve made the jump, and I’ve helped a lot of people make the jump too.
Besides this, I advocate for and support equity in entrepreneurship through word and action.
That does not change just because our executive branch or major corporations stopped caring about it.
My content will be about those subjects.
In everything I do, I’m known for my creativity, strategic foresight, and a genuine passion for seeing others succeed.
Let’s get in touch to collaborate!

Here's how you can turn failure into professional growth.
Just remember that every time you fail at something, you join some of the world's greatest company. Billionaires, inventors, world class athletes: they've all have dealt with major, public, sometimes embarrassing failures. And they've all learned from it and bounce back. There's no magic formula to it. You just have to figure out what went wrong, adjust, and go back to fight again. Resilience (and the hardship needed to develop it) is a necessary part of success. So embrace it.

What do you do if failure becomes a stepping stone to success in your startup career?
I’ve failed at so many ventures over the years. Mistakes are pretty much inevitable, especially when you’re new. The key is to learn from each of the (likely many) mistakes you’ll make and not die from the same mistake twice.

What do you do if remote work hinders problem solving dynamics in your team?
I think clear communication with tangible goals is the best way to mitigate these issues. Implement daily or weekly stand-ups to ensure everyone is aligned and any blockers are addressed swiftly. This is especially important for teams working in different time zones.

Performed Marketing and PR for the Wounded Warrior Run held on Travis AFB on November 9, 2013. This race raised over $3,800 for the Gary Sinise foundation, a charity focused on helping wounded service members. My tasks included logo and flyer design, getting space for advertisement on the Travis AFB website and Facebook page, designing and ordering the t-shirts for the race, and arranging photographers to take pictures throughout the event.
