Often, the issues stem from a poor discovery phase or lack of preparation. Consider these points: Assess Discovery: Did you gather enough information about the client's needs and goals? Did you ask the right questions and listen actively? Evaluate Preparation: Were you fully prepared and knowledgeable about the client's industry and challenges? Lack of preparation can lead to disconnects. Analyze Client Reactions: Note the client's reactions to different points. What resonated with them? What caused confusion or disinterest? Review Conversation Flow: Was the conversation smooth and logical, or disjointed? Did you maintain the client's interest? Identify Improvement Areas: Pinpoint specific areas for improvement.
