  • Industrial Rendering

    - Present

    This project was created with the intentions
    of being a visual aid for the proposed industrial building and its impact on the surrounding land, buildings, and neighboring airport. The model takes into consideration the topography of the area, the proposed gradation for the foundation of the facility, as well as berms and culverts that will constructed in the area. The final photorealistic rendering accurately depicts the buildings visual impact on the area.

  • Residential Rendering

    -

    This series of renderings began as commissions by the landscape architect for this residential house. The commissions included modeling the house in order for the landscape architect to populate the model with the landscape design. After each project concluded I created a simple landscape plan in order to test different textures and materials, and lighting. The rendering are an elaboration of the clients request for my own personal purposes.

    education building as an extension of an existing school. The renderings depict the exterior of the building as well as the courtyard between the existing
    facility and the proposed extension.

    This series of renderings is used to visualize the context of a convention center in Ellijay, GA.

    The renderings include an eye level view of the building approaching from the front as well as an areal view, which better depicts the terrain surrounding the building.

  • Villa Rica City Hall Rendering

    This series of renderings depicts a semi-photorealistic illustration of the proposed plans for the Villa Rica City Hall. The model takes into consideration the main facility as well as the landscape architecture, amphitheater, and inclusive amenities.

    Final rendering is a composite of both a site photograph of the groundbreaking and the digital rendering of the main building that had not yet entered the construction phase

    The Boulevard Diner was a refurbishing project of an old restaurant, including interior remodeling, architectural, and the landscape elements. The model was intended to visualize all these elements as well as a final rendering to show the building from street view. The first phase of the project was to recreate
    the existing building and to visualize the interior space. The final rendering was meant to capture the feel of a 1940’s diner placed in a modern

  • Emiquon Preserve

    -

    The Emiquon Preserve encompasses 7,000 acres of wetland under renovation by the Nature Conservancy in Illinois. Signature Design provided design of the interpretive program of information and orientation for the visitors, to be located in the site amenities.


    To aid in visualization of the architectural and landscape design concepts, Signature Dessign produced digital renderings that
    were layered over photographs of the site
    locations.
