You can either follow the data, or be the example others follow. It's great to jump on trends using analytics, but being the trendsetter is even better. Create quality content your audience will love. Period. Be authentic, be helpful, and be relevant. Sometimes when we focus too much on the data we lose our sense of direction. The same rules will always apply to online content. Let the data be a guide, but don't let it take over your creativity.

😡 #1 crime in Utah? Theft. 40,807 instances in 2022.... This equates to about 112 thefts per day. Just under 5 thefts per hour. Somewhere, someone is stealing something.... Why? There are hundreds of motivations for theft.... and theft is theft. It’s no surprise that theft is the most common crime in Utah because it is also the most common crime in the United States. Like drug violations, there are a lot of different ways to commit theft, from shoplifting to motor vehicle theft. 💰 The severity of a theft charge is dependent on how much money the property or service was valued at. In #Utah, if it is less than $500, it is a class B misdemeanor, $500 to $1,500 is a class A misdemeanor, $1,500 to $5,000 is a third-degree felony, and more than $5,000 is a second-degree felony. When tools and equipment are stolen from job sites.... it is DESPICABLE. We make it a point to protect our clients from this risk.... and if we catch a thief, we let the police deal with it. I won't get into the nitty gritty about the tactics we use to protect our #customhome build jobs.... but I will say that we protect our clients well! 💯 Protect your neighbors.
