With PPMI as the resource, applied supervised learning algorithms such as Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Support Vector Machines, Neural Networks and feature selection mechanisms such as Causal Discovery Algorithm, Boruta Algorithm and predicted the Severity Index of Parkinson’s Disease with an accuracy of about 96%.
