Shopping for RE in a new region, I sought guidance from a local agent who could navigate the process and alleviate some of the burden. 🏠 Personal Experience Highlights Need for Commitment During my search, the majority of buyer's agents I spoke with set me up on auto-searches and disappeared. No follow up calls, no texts to check-in. Zero follow up!! Most don't answer the phone and few even return your phone call. Others are at the zoo, a bridal shower, or doing something else when you call and promise to call back. Most don't. Agents!
