Our latest Talent Climate report with The Josh Bersin Company reveals that despite the proven benefits of strategic workforce planning, organizations are failing to fully capitalize on the transformative potential it offers. As the demand for skilled talent grows across industries, non-degree credentials (NDC) have emerged as powerful tools for upskilling and workforce mobility. And that's a good thing. However, the sheer number & variety of these programs leaves learners (and employers) navigating without a clear guide. And that's a huge burden to our economy. We need a unified definition(s) and common language of what makes these credentials 'high-quality'—ensuring they lead to well-paying jobs and the skills that industries demand.
