Great insights: Reaching healthcare professionals not only on endemic platforms when they are in a work mindset, but also during their "Blue-Jean moments" (great callout Kaitlyn Rafferty). Messaging should be personalized for these different moments. We also need to think about the journey from a doctor prescribing to a consumer finally filling a prescription and where attrition might occur, says Irene Coyne. Omnichannel is a unique solution, but poses it's own problems too - creative and media agencies need to align on communication early and often.

A common question I get from clients: "Are sweepstakes worth it?" It depends. If your goal is to spread brand awareness or to initiate brand engagement—and your prize is worth it—they absolutely can move the needle.
