It’s time to reposition #IBP as a growth driver. 🚗 Discuss! Too often, IBP is seen as a process burden rather than an opportunity. During a roundtable I participated in, several Chief Supply Chain Officers stressed that IBP should be viewed as a tool for growth 🛠️ — one that helps organizations respond faster to market dynamics and capitalize on opportunities. One story that stood out to me: a company reluctant to ramp up production due to inventory risks trusted their IBP process during a surge in fragrance sales, and it paid off. Big. 🎯 That’s why I feel so strongly about the truly transformative benefits of IBP — it facilitates the kind of #agile decision-making that can change a company’s trajectory. Enough from me!
