Discussing the fundamentals of user-centered design (Design Thinking), research, synthesis, concept generation, rapid visualization techniques, prototyping, and gathering feedback.

    Project Success:
    - Users found the new design filters were time savers. We recorded 75% quicker reservations for follow-up bookings.
    - The implementation of a calendar-like planner synced with their google or apple calendar allowed them to have all the information needed in one place, minimizing tool switching.
    - Adding the feature of weekly bookings, allowed users to do all reservations at once, instead of day to day.
