o “Katie is genuinely a peoples' person and is very interested in the continued development and optimal performance of her direct reports and SA colleagues.”
o “She leads by example when doing both people management work and executing marketing tactics on behalf of direct reports and SA colleagues in the spirit of Agile - for seamless execution, business continuity and ultimately to serve the customer in a timely manner. Agile wouldn't work so well without such a wonderful people leader. She is very easy to work with, which is really important.”
o “Katie is admired by so many of us working in Marketing. She is kind, authentic and an inspirational leader. I am better for having worked with her and I strive to meet her expectations and standards as they are high. She holds us all accountable in a way that delivers value to our business stakeholders and our customers and raises the bar consistently by delivering and executing with a high degree of perfection.” -
