A tiny step in creating a magical user experience just involves making common user interactions less painful. Pei 🤖 Li, one of our founding engineers recently shipped a big infra project which was a step in making it possible to have Vellum's software hosted in our customer's cloud environments. A nice side effect was one of our frequently used tables is now much faster to load! ⏩ Jackson Hardy Sidd Seethepalli Noa Flaherty and I have discussed our philosophies on user delight during product development a bunch. In the early days of Vellum we invested engineering time largely in raw product functionality & capabilities but as the core product matures we're now also spending time on creating a magical user experience. Building AI features should be fun and we want our customers to be wow'ed each time they use our product, who wouldn't want to be part of that journey? What's your take on user delight while building product?
