"⚡ Struck by Lightning ⚡" Day three of downloading the full Bitcoin blockchain from scratch to create an array of "full nodes" as we prepare enable the layer-2 "lightning" network support at Silicon Prairie Portal & Exchange! It turns out that bandwidth is not the limiting factor as we have dual gigabit ethernet interfaces and it's barely using more than a few megabits of bandwidth. But once fully downloaded and verified we can "cut-copy-paste" virtual machines into existence that will basically be ready to relay. Firebird Protocol: A Game-Changer for Coin Valuation This document explains why the Firebird Protocol MVP can increase the meme-coin prices through its mechanism. (We use a meme-coin as an example, but the protocol will be used for all SPL coins.) 1. The Experiment 1) We want to test our Defi protocol, the Firebird protocol, to see if it could effectively increase the price of a coin. 2) This experiment needs a volunteer meme-coin team and our protocol MVP. 2. What is the process of this experiment? 1) The meme-coin team will create a new meme-coin on “pump.fun” and buy 50% of its supply. 2) The meme-coin team will deposit the 50% into our protocol without a withdrawal function. 3) Our protocol will divide the 50% into 100 pieces to sell DCA for the SOL in 100 days. 4) Our protocol will record the price when the piece was sold for SOL and set a limit order at a lower price to buy back the meme-coin. For example: On day 1, if the piece of the meme-coin was sold at the price of 1 (meme-coin/SOL), the protocol would set a limit order at the price of 0.5 to buy back the meme-coin. (If the price never drops to 0.5, the limit order will be on the DEX permanently.) 5) If the buy limit order at 0.5 is filled, the protocol will immediately burn the bought meme-coin tokens. 3. Traditional meme-coin vs. This meme-coin 1) Selling pressure: The traditional meme-coins: 100% of the meme-coin will be sold on day 1. This meme-coin: 50% will be sold on day 1, and the rest will be sold over 100 days by the Firebird Protocol. 2) Public goods: The traditional meme-coins: No public goods, meaning everyone will ultimately dump the meme-coin. This meme-coin: The SOL that equals half FDV of the meme-coin serves as a public good, will be used to repurchase the meme-coin and burn it. To summarize, compared to existing tokenomics, this new meme-coin can protect investors and degens through its mechanism. The essence of this protocol is that an onchain protocol is more transparent and reliable than any human. 4. Why we do this experiment To be clear, the Firebird protocol is not only for meme-coins but also will work for any SPL tokens. Doing this experiment with a meme-coin is because any serious project would not sacrifice 50% of its token supply, so we look for a meme-coin to prove the usage of our protocol. 5. Contacts 1. ***PART 2 / 5*** #Tokenization of property ownership rights for private and institutional investors Tokenization can be accomplished through two primary approaches, namely in direct and indirect tokenization. #DirectTokenization means that minted tokens represent direct ownership of a portion of the real estate asset itself. #IndirectTokenization means on the other hand that ownership through tokens will be secured through a legal entity, such as a special-purpose vehicle (#SPV) that holds the property. Tokenized property rights often fall under the category of securities, requiring adherence to local securities regulations. Here we go. **Blockchain Layer: Public or private blockchains are used to issue tokens, ensuring transparency and immutability. **Smart contracts: Self-executing contracts that govern the rules of token ownership and transactions. **Asset custody solutions: Secure digital wallets manage token storage and transfers. **Investor Interface: A user-friendly platform which allows investors to purchase, trade and manage their tokens. **Compliance Layer: Integrated KYC and AML checks ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks. Benefits for property owners are obvious. That's first for all is liquidity. Tokenization offers property owners the flexibility to sell fractional shares of their property, thus unlocking liquidity without a full sale. This solves one of the biggest issues in real estate, illiquidity, by enabling partial asset sales. We’re long Bitcoin at a minimum out to the end of Trumps presidency. We are doing so by buying into MicroStrategy. In a bull market scenario Bitcoin itself cannot outperform Saylor. Buy MSTR right now and add more shares each time the stock price corrects 10-30%. You have to actively manage your cost base. This isn’t a buy once and hope and prey.
