Install it using yum install htop. ⚙️ atop This command offers deep insights into system resources like CPU, disk, and network utilization.  With logging and replay capabilities, you can analyze system performance later. Install: sudo yum install atop. Use atop -a for a detailed overview. 🌐 iftop Perfect for monitoring network bandwidth in real-time.  Keep track of bandwidth usage per connection and monitor specific interfaces with -i. Example: sudo iftop -i eth0. 📊 nload Visualize incoming/outgoing network traffic with graphs and see detailed stats like data transfer rates.  Monitor multiple interfaces with -m. Command: sudo nload -i eth0. You are only as good as the tools you work with. #LLMs can do some pretty amazing tasks already, but when you give them the right tools to work with and the knowledge on how to use them, LLms start to produce some pretty amazing work. MCP is the technology needed to allow LLMs to pick up and use the tools they need.

I believe this is only the tip of the iceberg - when you combine world knowledge encompassed in LLMs with real-time interactions customer experiences can be greatly enhanced across the board for search, recommendations, exploration and a lot more!

Chains vs group-chat has been a big differentiator between Flowise and AutoGen and other frameworks. Building logic to progress through a chain and repeat steps if needed adds complexity that is easily overcome by agents collaborating in a group-chat. The downside is that you shift this control from traditional programmatic steps to relying on prompt engineering to make group decisions. For some workflows, this is fine, but others require a more rigid progression of steps (e.g. CI/CD pipelines). A hybrid approach is the best of both worlds.

Santana Row shopping center in San Jose has implemented a ticketless parking system that eliminates the need for drivers to take a ticket upon entry and pay at a pay station upon exit. Instead, drivers can simply scan a QR code (see photo) posted throughout the garage using their phones, enter their license plate number and credit card information on the website that pops up, and a camera will read their license plate and open the gate as they exit. While this system may seem convenient and efficient, I think there is a significant security concern! There is a risk that perpetrators could replace the posted QR code with their own, which would redirect drivers to a fake website where they would unknowingly enter their credit card information. This could lead to unauthorized charges and potential identity theft. It is crucial for the shopping center to address this security concern by taking appropriate measures to protect drivers' personal and financial information. They must ensure that the QR codes posted are authentic and that there are no vulnerabilities that could allow perpetrators to manipulate the system. As an alternative solution, pay stations could be installed for shoppers to use instead of relying on their own phones.

I am incredibly excited to announce Arch gateway https://lnkd.in/ePAf-VK8, an open source project for developers to build genai apps faster. It is engineered with purpose-built LLMs, Arch handles the critical but undifferentiated tasks related to the handling and processing of prompts, including detecting and rejecting jailbreak attempts, intelligently calling “backend” APIs to fulfill the user’s request represented in a prompt, routing to and offering disaster recovery between upstream LLMs, and managing the observability of prompts and LLM interactions in a centralized way - all outside business logic. Here are some additional key details of the project, * Built on top of Envoy and is written in rust. It runs alongside application servers, and uses Envoy's proven HTTP management and scalability features to handle traffic related to prompts and LLMs. * Function calling for fast agentic and RAG apps. Engineered with purpose-built fast LLMs to handle fast, cost-effective, and accurate prompt-based tasks like function/API calling, and parameter extraction from prompts. * Prompt guardrails to prevent jailbreak attempts and ensure safe user interactions without writing a single line of code. * Manages LLM calls, offering smart retries, automatic cutover, and resilient upstream connections for continuous availability. * Uses the W3C Trace Context standard to enable complete request tracing across applications, ensuring compatibility with observability tools, and provides metrics to monitor latency, token usage, and error rates, helping optimize AI application performance. This is our first release, and would love to build alongside the community. We are just getting started on reinventing what we could do at the networking layer for prompts.
