“Jos is a thoughtful, creative business leader. She has an incredible ability to see what's coming and generate new ideas to solve problems or generate new revenue streams. She is a natural, authentic people person—she can enter any situation and connect with people in a genuine way. When she joined our team, Jos was able to come onboard quickly and evaluate processes and implement improvements (including on proposals, business development processes, and marketing). Jos also has a wealth of knowledge in many areas that makes her valuable to any team. She is a skilled marketer, videographer, and producer. She has a background in technology, which allows her to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical individuals. She is a quick learner that is able to apply what she learns in a practical context with ease.”
