Abacus Life (ABL) is proud and honored to be featured in Piper Sandler's 2025 Financial Services Top Ideas as analyst Crispin Love's top pick. Key Highlights: 1) Strong fundamentals highlighted by revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA margins, and return on equity •  Abacus has been generating attractive revenue growth, ~50% adjusted EBITDA margins, and 15-20% ROEs. 2024 has been a strong year through the first three quarters with 50%+ revenue growth, 50%+ adjusted EBITDA growth, and adjusted EBITDA margins in excess of 50%. And as we move forward, we do not believe Abacus will be slowing down given the opportunities in the market. 2) Continuing to deploy capital quickly at attractive returns •  Abacus was proactive throughout 2024 in raising capital, announcing multiple acquisitions, and posting strong results. This positions the company for its next leg of growth and we believe the recent success and deployment opportunities have not been reflected in the stock price. If Abacus can further capitalize on the market opportunities given the barriers to entry, ABL could create further separation between itself and smaller competitors. 4) Valuation remains attractive with multiple avenues to drive expansion over time •  Abacus is trading at 8x EV to 2025E adjusted EBITDA, which compares to mid-cap asset manager peers trading at 11x.
