Photographers! Undervaluing your work can have some consequences. It can hurt your bottom line and make it tough to keep your business profitable. Plus, it impacts the whole photography industry. When photographers charge too little, it can set unrealistic expectations for clients about what quality photography should cost. I know it can be challenging to get people to pay what you're worth, but with the right approach, it’s definitely possible. Starting off with confidence and a smart strategy will make a big difference!

Whenever I’m asked what I do for a living, I typically answer… “I’m a graphic designer” People get it for the most part and generally understand what that means. However, that answer never really quite sums it all up, like, at all. From creative strategy and brand identity to web design, print collateral, and environmental graphics, there are so many areas of design that a ‘graphic designer’ might touch.
