Crafted surveys that informed customer journey maps and leveraged a variety of business frameworks to form a compelling client presentation resulting in the team receiving high distinction.

  • The Premier's Disaster Relief Fund

    Developed the grants management system for the Premier’s Disaster Relief Fund (2010/2011) after vendors rejected the opportunity due to significantly compressed timeframes. Collaborative leadership, insightful innovation, and strategic use of existing resources resulted in the system being rolled-out on time and processing more payments more quickly than any previous system, doing so with the lowest incidence of fraud on record—internal estimates suggesting a 50%+ fraud reduction.

    Installed a US$ 3.5m document management solution for AEP Legal managing complex stakeholder expectations and actively engaging users to assure product uptake numbers would ensure maximum benefits realisation including the creation of a library of boilerplate clauses for inclusion in corporate legal contracts— estimated cost savings in billable attorney fees at the time above US$ 350,000 p.a.
