DAILY QUESTION Dispatched to 64 y/o F @ residence for L-arm pain. Upon arrival, the patient (pt) was waiting outside on the porch; the patient stated her L-arm pain has been going on x3 days and is worse today, pt stated she fell 9 weeks ago and suffered a Fx sternum, pt is also c/o periods of dizziness and nausea, pt denies any other pain/symptoms at this time. PMH: htn, COPD, V/S 152/87, 97%, hr.90, bgl.179 What does her FIRST 12-lead show? Within 10-15min her L-arm pain worsened, and a 2nd 12-lead was taken. What is your interpretation? Treatments, if any?
