How do you ensure IoT cloud platform reliability and availability in case of failures or disruptions?
1. Do NOT rely on a cloud provider for their IoT services. Choose a dedicated IoT software provider that allows you to run on ANY cloud. The recent deprecations and strategy changes by IBM, Google, SAP, and Microsoft have shown that cloud providers struggle with IoT. It's not their core competency. Choose a cloud provider for their compute, storage, analytics, and AI capabilities to complement your IoT software provider.

In the method, a schema for an asset object associated with one or more of at least one physical process and at least one physical device is received at the node. The schema is formatted according to an inferencing engine model format. An artificial intelligence model capable of being executed in an inferencing engine is received at the node.
